Most of contract manufacturers require MOQ for production, because there are some initiation cost for machine and labor, otherwise it might loose money to produce few or hundred of products, however our company will NOT require a MOQ whatever you are our small or big customers.
As you know, the most important thing for quality is about process control. We make strict quality control plan for our process and system. First of all, our QC people are well-trained with professional quality knowledge and experience. We get all of measurement tools and fixtures calibrated annually and quarterly( it depends on the accuracy of tool itself). Which ensure our quality system is originally controlled prior to any quality action.
Before a production is kicked off, we make a golden sample fully inspected, and get approved by our clients. Our plan for process control is 1~2 hours per lot inspection, and make a defective rate under 0.5%.
Timely Delivery
We understand the importance of delivery time is as same important as cost and quality, because clients have their own business plan, and they also have customers to wait for their commitment.
We schedule, plan, arrange, and follow-up our production tightly to catch up customer’s timing. Most of time, we will try to complete production 3~5 days in advance so as to give some buffer time. If anything unanticipated, we have time to make up this unseeing come-ups.
